A: All cancellations (for any reason) must be made 10 days or more prior to arrival date to avoid being charged beyond the $25 cancellation fee and must be confirmed by the manager. Messages left on answering machines, e-mails, and cell phone, voice mail service are not reliable means of communications. *All cabin cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee is canceled more than 10 days prior to arrival date. *All cancellations made within 10 days of arrival date will be charged one night rent. *Cancellations made on the day of expected arrival are considered “no shows” and are charged 100% of reservation. Q: Do you allow pets? A: Yes. There is a pet fee of Pet Fee: $15.00 per day for the cabins. Pets are free for the RV Sites. Pet must be in direct control of owner at all times. You must pick up your pets poop! No vicious breeds allowed. If you can't control your pet you may be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.
